Hydraulic cylinder repair and manufacture is a specialty with our product being used all over the country.
With a dedicated team of highly skilled tradesmen and very comprehensively equipped workshops we produce high quality products and specialize in repair and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders, exceptional machining services, including CNC, repair and manufacture of mining and earthmoving equipment, including mobile and in house line boring and all types of metal fabrication.
Our workshop equipment includes 6 centre lathes up to 3 metres between centres, CNC lathe, 5 milling machines up to table size 2.3 metres X 700, surface grinder, portable line boring and welding machine, presses to 100 tonne, guillotine with a capacity of 3 metres X 6mm, folders to 3 metres X 6mm, CNC pressbrake to 120 tonne, plate rollers to 3 metres x 6mm.
We can supply hydraulic cylinders from 1.5" bore to 6" bore which we manufacture from stock. We can manufacture cylinders up to 12" bore for special orders.
Our product range includes the loctite range, CRC products, valvoline products, fragram tools, teng tools, tsubaki chains and sprockets, carlisle and dayco belts, NSK bearings, trailer components, ryco hydraulic hoses and fittings, nuts, bolts and fasteners.
