  • Can you do artwork for me?

    Yes, we can. It normally takes about 2-3 days. Artwork fees may apply.

  • What is CMYK or RGB?

    CMYK stands for cyan, magenta, yellow & black, which is for colour offset printing. E.g. C=100, M=80, Y=0, K=40 it will be deep blue. RGB stands for red, green & blue and are the colours used to create colours on TV's/monitors etc. When you convert the RGB to CMYK, the colour might change. We recommend you set your images to CMYK format.

  • How do I pay?

    50% deposit is required prior job start, 50% balance on completion.

  • What is the best design software of printing?

    We recommend using a vector based software like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Quark & Indesign etc. If your software can export to PDF (fonts converted to curves or embedded) this is fine. It is recommended that you work in CMYK colours as the colours may change slightly when we converted them.

  • What is the image resolution requirement?

    Offset print: 300dpi is recommended. Large format digital: 150dpi is recommended.

  • What kind of file format is required?

    PDF format is preferred with fonts embedded and high resolution (300dpi) images. Other format like Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Microsoft Words & Microsoft Publisher.

  • What size can you print?

    Offset: We are specialist in oversize A3. We can offer competitive price on A2 & A1 offset print as well. Digital: Colour laser up to oversize A3. Large format print with UV resistance ink: Up to 1.3 m width, max. 10m length.

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Normally it takes 3-4 working days without complicated finish like lamination, binding, dies cutting etc.

  • Can you do delivery?

    Yes, we can. A courier fee might be charged.

  • What is a digital proof?

    When we received the file, we will print the digital proof, which is for you to check the details and colour.
