No matter what event you’re planning we will strive to provide you with the best in event hire. Using the most up to date and aluminium frame Hocker structures, Our shade marquees provide the maximum in undercover entertainment areas while requiring a minimum of space.

Territory Events Hire can cater for anything, from a backyard Party to Darwin’s largest events.
We can build any size stage you need from 2.4m x 4.8m to a 9.6m x 14.4. All our stages can be 300mm high, larger stages can be 600mm or 900mm high with skirting and stairs.
Our dance floors can be built to any size as well.
We also have smoke machines, warp machines, mirror balls, PA Systems and much more!

Yes you are more than welcome to come in we are at 107 Coonawarra Road Winnellie. Our trading hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Saturday- 8.30am to 12.pm. If you would like to arrange a meeting please contact the office on 08 8947 2198 or email- tph@territoryevetnshire.com.au.
You can make a booking with us through email; phone or you can come into the office. Once you have put a list of what you will need together we can then provide a quote. If you would like to accept the quote you will need to sign the quote and send back to us via email, fax or you can come in to the office. Credit card details are taken to use as security as per our terms and conditions- please note that when paying with credit card there is a 2% surcharge.
Unfortunately we do not have eftpos available. However you can pay direct credit banking- details are located on our quotes and invoices & or cash/cheque-& or credit card- Visa/Mastercard please note a 2% surcharge occurs for all cc payments. All payments must be made 7 days before booking date.
Once you have confirmed and locked in the booking this will be discussed with you prior to your event date.
Our delivery costs vary throughout the Darwin and rural area. This will be discussed with you during the quote stage.
In the event of cancellation by the hirer of more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours’ notice- 20% of the total hire is payable. Cancellation on the date of delivery/install- total hire charges will apply.
A 20% deposit will be required for large events and weddings with final payment received 7 days before booking date.
We take your credit card number as security on our goods. By signing our terms and conditions you have approved us debiting this card if items are damaged, unclean or not returned. Under no circumstances will it be debited for any other reason and the number will not be supplied to anyone else.
Linen- No, the washing of the linen is already included in the hire price. However if the linen comes back extremely dirty or mouldy there will be an extra cleaning cost. Glass ware, crockery & cutlery- You are required to rinse the goods, if you are having an event where there is no running water we suggest a tub and bottled/carton water to rinse the goods.
