About Bachmann Plant Hire Pty Ltd
Scrapers, Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Compactors, Dump Trucks, Water Trucks - GPS Control available.
Over 50 years of wide and varied experience , such as, bulk earthworks for large property redevelopment and building pads for major industrial and commercial sites, building sports ovals, dam construction and the rehabilitation of landfill sites.
About Us
We are a family business with almost 100 employees. Company Director Greg Bachmann has over 30 years¿ Civil Construction industry experience, continuing the work started by our founder, his father, Lloyd Bachmann. We provide reliable Plant Hire services with our modern and extensive fleet of equipment which is serviced and maintained by our service staff either on site or at our depot in Ipswich.

Our fleet includes:
- 39 CAT Scrapers (CAT 613C, 615C, 621F, 623F, 623G, 627F, 627G, 631E/G)
- 13 CAT Dozers (D6RXL, D6HLPG, D8N, D8T, DR9)
- 5 CAT Graders (CAT12H, 140H)
- 10 Excavators ranging in size 20 Tonne – 45 tonne
- 13 CAT Compactors (815B,815F,825C,825H,825G)
- 15 Trucks/Water Trucks (13,000 – 18,000 ltrs)
- 19 Dump Trucks (A25C,A25D,A35D, A40D, CAT 725, CAT 730)
Additional Info - Gps Control
Over 25 machines are G.P.S enabled including Scrapers, Dozers, Compactors, Excavators and Graders. Our Graders also are equipped with G.P.S. + MM enabling a high accuracy of machine control. We have highly motivated team of operators experienced in the use of G.P.S. machine control.

Wet or Dry Hire?
Hire rates include operator, fuel and oils but exclude Ground Engaging Tools which will be charged as required.

Transport Charges?
Transport is charged for all equipment one way only providing there is more than 18 hours hire. If less than 18 hours, transport both ways may be charged.
