Plume Chinese Restaurant

Chinese cuisine is well known for its aims for perfection and balance among four main elements, i.e. colour, aroma, flavour and presentation. Colours will be pleasing, showing the freshness and the tenderness of the ingredients. Aromas will be inviting and appetising. The appearance of the food will be beautifully arranged and presented, by a variety of healthy cooking ways including stewing, boiling, steaming, deep frying, shallow frying, stir frying, and so much more.

The legend started in 1995 when the first Plume Restaurant was established in Doncaster. Two years later, we brought Plume to Highpoint Shopping Centre. Then our third restaurant Lucky Chan came to Crown Promenade.

Throughout these years, we strive to provide an elegant dining experience with superb Chinese cuisine, complete with a lavish environment. On top of that, these are all complemented by professional and attentive staffs.

Live seafood from the tanks, a must try on your next visit to our restaurants. Lobster, mud crab, snow crab and green lips Abalone are always there. From fresh water fishes: Barramundi and Marray Cod to sea fishes: Coral Trout, Morwong and Parrot Fish. There is a great variety to choose from.
