We offer your fur baby a fun & friendly experience whilst boarding with us.

We take pride in providing our fur guests a fun-filled stay, amongst our beautiful grounds, our calm atmosphere ensures our guests enjoy their stay with us & always love coming back to stay with us. Our friendly and caring staff shares our passion for all dogs in our care. We are proud to offer such a safe & warm environment for your treasured pets. We are fully licensed (kennel licence).

About Us:

We specialise in offering our guests a routine where they feel safe & secure, whilst enjoying the fun of socialising with similar dogs. Our guests respond to the daily kennel routine as they know when it's a play time, mealtimes, treat times & rest time are and are very happy here. All our guests are treated with love & individual care is catered to, as your fur baby is individual with their own specific needs.

Our Services:

Our open plan facilities allow us to be able to monitor all dogs in our care at any given time, ensuring the safety & happiness of our guests. Our guests love lounging under the trees watching what is happening around them or playing with the toys that are provided. Playtime with our staff is a daily occurrence as human interaction time is freely given & very much loved by our guests. We have a separate area for our little guests so they are not amongst the big guys.

Pet Food:

All our guests are served super premium dog food, twice a day. We offer a wide range of menu options to cater for all tastes & dietary needs. We offer Black Hawk dry food, Tucker Time rolls, fresh or cooked chicken, beef or kangaroo, fresh raw beef bones, chicken necks, chicken wings & chicken frames. We use quality dried beef livers & kangaroo jerky for our treats which are fresh & locally made by 4 Paws pet Treats.

FAQs

Can I inspect your facilities?

Of course! We encourage you to inspect our facilities prior to boarding your pet. However we have set hours for inspecting our kennels. Monday – Saturday: 8:30 am – 10.00 am and 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm
Are the kennels air conditioned?

Yes. The kennel temperature is managed by evaporative air conditioning for its efficiency and refreshing flow of air.
Are the kennels heated in cold weather?

Yes. The kennel temperature can be heated in cold weather.
Does my dog need flea and tick treatment?

We require all pets to be flea treated on arrival unless already done by owner. Cost is $15 for all animals. This is to ensure no dog brings in, or takes home fleas or ticks!!
Do you give discount rates for long term boarding or if we have more than one pet?

Yes, we do! Our normal daily rate is based on stays up to 4 weeks. After four weeks you will receive a 10% discount.
What if my pet is on medication?

We will administer your pet’s medication whilst he/she is boarding just as you would at home. There is no extra fee for the administration of your pet’s medications.
How do I pay?

We accept cash, EFTPOS or Direct Debit. Full payment on arrival is required.
Can I bring my pet’s bed and toys?

Generally yes! All bedding must be named otherwise it may get mixed up if it needs laundering. Try to bring a toy that is not too precious. Pets do funny things with their toys when they are away from home and may destroy them (this goes for bedding too!). Please – no bean bags.
What about after hours?

We are happy to make an appointment at a reasonable time outside general opening hours if you work or have other difficulty.
Are the premises attended after hours?

Yes. We live on the premises and there is always someone in attendance.
